Ruthie is both incredibly talented and incredibly kind. At Screencastify, she joined as the first ever Marketing Designer and quickly created a brand guide and worked to hone our visual identity. She created processes and made every material we put out look world class.
Ruthie also helped us push the boundary of what design could look like for Screencastify. She began experimenting with animation and GIFs to create more visual interest and tell an amazing story.
In addition to being a design genius, she also works incredibly quickly and efficiently. The amount of designs she can produce in a week feels superhuman.
But, the absolute best thing about Ruthie is how thoughtful and kind she is. She's an instant add to team culture. While I've never worked as closely with a designer before Ruthie joined the team, I'm already certain it will be hard to find another designer who so accurately pushes the brand and the team forward.
