Notetaker Product Launch

Starting in summer 2025, we began to develop marketing materials for the launch of Calendly’s new product, Notetaker. The goal of the launch was to introduce the new product and to educate users on its capabilities. I was the lead marketing designer and created assets including video storyboards, email images and animations, and in-app imagery. There has been an evolution in the visual marketing of the product, as seen in the assets shown here.
